For our Hall sensor encoder, I am looking for a manufacturer of multipole ring permanent magnets.
Dimensions: OD=*mm, ID=*mm, thickness= *mm (max.*mm)
Number of poles: 12
Configuration: axial
An alternative solution would be to use, instead of the multipole ring, a set of magnet arcs with alternating magnetization. This would also create the desired 12 poles magnet pattern and be equally sufficient. Both solutions are applicable.

Magnetic Material and Grade:
The magnets will be used for an aerospace application and will be exposed to vacuum, shock (during the launch) and a temperature range of -40 degrees Celsius to +80 degrees. No special coating is required.
The application is for an Encoder using Hall Sensors. The Hall Sensors will be placed *mm away from the magnet and need magnetic field of 120-200 Gauss (depending on the sensor) to operate. The sensors are not fixed though and can be subject of change depending on the magnets.
What kind of material do you recommend for this scenario?

I do not own such magnet, but attached to schematic showing the desired magnet.
The magnet can be either a complete ring or each pole can be single magnet. In the second option it would therefore take 12 segment (arc) magnets to construct the whole ring.
I am interested in both options.
